5.19.11

I'm going to start off with yesterday's fitness since I really started working out yesterday. I can't remember what I wore so whatever. But what I ate 

[breakfast]
i didn't eat breakfast at all yesterday.

[lunch]
mom took noah and i to houlihans for lunch. i ordered the 1/2 french dip. 
it came with fries and soup. i chose the potato soup.
we also ordered white bean hummus 
i ate all of my soup, 3/4 of my sandwich, and some of my fries.  

[dinner]
i had half of a chicken breast. 
some vegetables. 
[i can't remember what kind lol]

[snacks]
i had like 8 chips and 10 pretzels. 

[workout]

my review on this work out is great. i was feeling the pain through out the work out, which i knew meant i was doing it right, but i also am still feeling it at 11:28 tonight. [" so it's very effective. i will let you know in my next blog for tonight what i'm doing. i haven't decided if i'm going to do a dance work out yet or something from here or something on 'on demand'. i have 20 minutes to figure that out. anyways. back to the topic, i don't have weights in my house so that was the only down fall and we also don't have any bands to work out with either, if you don't own either one of those, you can't do the end of the work out. definitely try this at home though.
