5.20.11

This blog will be "what am i wearing" and "fitness" 
I can't wait to tell you all about my fitness, I just completed it, and it was intense. I was going to go to bed after blogging, but I do believe, instead I'll be showering. 

- breakfast -
I again did not eat breakfast. 
i really need to work on that though

- lunch -
i had a meatloaf banquet meal. 
i was disappointed in the carb count in it. 
it had 35 carbs but it was only 200 calories.. 
i'm trying to take in less carbs and calories, 
any advice on what i should do?

- dinner -
tonight for dinner i had half the amount of steak that was cooked for me. 
it was like probably 10 pieces of cut up steak, a spoon full of asparagus, and 3 tomato halves [so i guess a tomato and a half] with mozzarella cheese melted on it. 

- snacks -
i didn't snack that much, but i had 2 bites of noah's kids cuisine meal. 
and a piece of lunch meat [i don't know the name of it] and a swipe of cream cheese [yumm!]

- work out -
like i said before, i'm excited to tell you all about my work out. 
now, like i said in my blog for yesterday, i definitely was beyond sore from yesterday's work out, and i know it's best to work out through the pain, so i kept it up today. for all of today's activities before my big work out, i played with noah a little bit outside. he is currently teething, so he's a bit grumpy. we did, however, chase each other around the house a few times. 
that link has the video on it. i definitely suggest it. i haven't ever felt that tired or worked out like that during a work out. she makes it look so easy. i don't get it. lol. just kidding. but you work out your abs a lot. and your legs and your arms. it's nice. especially if you don't have any weights. which is what i was trying to target today, i didn't want to have to miss out on half of the work out. because of not having weights or bands. 
i also got halfway through this blog and decided to do the dance i had ready to do for tomorrow. 
this also comes with the video to dance with at the end too. i definitely recommend this if you would like to dance rather than fully work out. [: i hope you enjoy both of these videos! 
tomorrow i will do the 30 minute at home work out along with a dance.
which i'm very excited about.

side note; i couldn't get a full length picture of the dress
not the exact dress;; [check the link to see the style] but it is how the dress is styled.. 
mine is grey with gold and silver decorations on the top around the boob area
and it has a criss cross spaghetti strap to it. i love it! definitely recommended for the summer
it's light and flowy and very fun!

as for my make up, i didn't do enough to make me want to take pics of it. 
[[okay i lied, i tried but you couldn't tell]]
tomorrow i will write down the products i use and let you know.

as far as what i use on my hair, 
i use it's a 10 leave in conditioner. 
it's fantastic. 
i had a lot of color done to my hair at the beginning of the year.
when i say a lot of color i mean... 
like 5 different colors.
but it's helped restore my hair since i started using it. 
i also use got 2 b heat protectent. i love it! 
it's a spray not a lotion. 
AMAZING.
