let's just talk about this day...

so lately, noah has been super sick with a sinus infection. it's been sad and nuts. and to top it off, he's getting 2 more molars. i know he's gotta be in pain, because his first two molars haven't come through all the way yet. ugh. poor guy. ]: well, anyway, i woke up to him crying, and since it was mostly a whine i just waited it out. he whines a LOT in his sleep sometimes. well, since it continued, i got up and got him out of bed and i just looked at him and said, "i miss my happy healthy baby. i want the baby that used to say "oh no, nana, what's that?!" [all separately of course] all the time" and not even ten minutes later, he's sitting on the couch "what's that?!?!" "oh nooooo!!!" i was sooo excited. i tested his appetite, and it was mostly back. not all the way, but mostly. and i went over to do something, and i checked on him, he was eating some fruit snacks that i had sitting next to him to try and eat, and he was sitting on the couch with his little legs crossed putting his tiny hand in the little package and eating. the way he did it was just the cutest. he looked SO grown up sitting there. it really made me happy. [[yes there is a bottle in this picture, no we don't give him bottles all the time, it's the only way he'd drink anything though these past two days]]

well, about 30 minutes later, i got on facebook.. i saw that reka on radio now had posted something saying "if you want to win good charlotte tickets follow me on twitter in the next 10 minutes." she had posted that 9 minutes prior to when i looked at that. i quickly exited my facebook app and got on twitter. and when i checked twitter, there was the post. "tweet me if you want to win good charlotte tickets" [45 seconds ago] i promptly tweeted her. and guess who won?!?!?! YOURS TRULY!! i can't tell you how excited. well.. wait.. yes i can. i forgot how to spell my own town. i've lived here for nine years.. and i forgot.. my mind was everywhere else! i couldn't thank her enough! what makes me winning even more exciting was, i had JUST texted my best friend, gretchen, to tell her that i had just received an e-mail from live nation [yes, i'm well aware it says yellowcard, but good charlotte is also playing with.] and it said good charlotte was playing. and we were talking about how we wanted to go. then i turned around and WON!

i went to school and i was on front desk tonight. i wasn't all that excited about it because we have a WHOLE BUNCH of new products that i REALLY want to try out. We got wella color and sebastian hair products! it's going to be awesome!! i'm happy! i liked some redken products, but i was definitely ready for NEW and better products. i haaaaate redken color. it doesn't last in your hair more than a couple weeks. it disappoints me. lol. but anyways. while i was on desk, a woman had called and said she had this bob, and she's had it for years, so she was ready to get rid of it. and she wants me to "destroy" it and have a TON of fun with it. so i'm doing that next week! stay tuned to see results.

sunday, i'm working with one of the girls from my mommy and me group and i'm going to do hair and make up for a photo shoot she's having to build her website and for me to build my portfolio! [: yay!!

let me know how your day was, and also, can you please PLEASE please tell me how to make this blog more interesting? if i can't get more peoples input i may shut this down. it doesn't seem to do well. i kind of feel like i do when i talk to people, because a lot of people don't listen to me when i talk. lol.
